3 weeks old

Well Finley had her 2nd doctors appointment today and she weighed in at 9 lbs. 9.5 ounces and has grown to a length of 21-3/4". That puts her in the 90th percentile for height and weight. Looks like she might be a big kid...shocking, since her parents are both so small. :)

So now that Finley's umbilical chord has healed up, she got to have a real bath in her little tub. Needless to say, she wasn't to happy about it at first...

Finley is doing great, as are Mom and Dad. Thanks to Val and all of our other friends and family for their help and support, it is definitely appreciated. Now onto a cute picture of Finley trying out her swing for the first time...

We're Home

Well, we made it home yesterday about 2:00 in the afternoon. Everyone has settled in well and Mom and Finley and getting into a good feeding routine. Grandpa and Grandma have been over a lot helping spell Mom and Dad with rocking, changing and getting the house prepped. Cole and Beyla (our dogs) are still trying to figure out what keeps making all that noise, but they are slowly beginning to adjust to the new little being around the house. Thanks to everyone for their love and support, we appreciate it all. We'll continue to update with more pictures as we take them.

Finley Marie Wichers was born this monring at 8:17 am. She was 8 lbs 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. Mom and baby are doing great!! here are a few photos.

The big day!!!!!!

Finley will be arriving via c-section on Wednesday Septemeber 10th. We are so excited and can't wait to meet her. We will be keeping you updated with information and pictures as we can.
