Finley's First Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! We had a very nice dinner with Melissa's parents this Thanksgiving. Finley had a great time and is starting to smile more and more. We were even able to capture one of them for you (see picture #1). After recovering from our turkey coma's, we took off early morning Friday to do some Christmas shopping and to get a new rocking chair/recliner that Finley has already grown to love. She falls asleep in it in record time! It may be the best piece of furniture we've ever bought. I'll post some photos once we get a couple good ones.

I don't know about your family, but we always sit with straw pumpkins in our laps.

11 Weeks and growing!

Finley is getting bigger and bigger. She's starting to smile more and also loves to coo and make little noises. She can pretty much hold her head up on her own and can stand for minutes at a time. Here are a few picture from the past week.

Finley's First Hockey Game

The Wichers and the Carters headed to the Everett Events Center this past Friday to catch an Everett Sivlertips hockey game. Everyone had a great time and Finley was very well behaved, minus her gesture to the obnoxious fans sitting right behind us (See picture #3).

WANTED: Hooded Bandit

Authorities are currently looking for a hooded bandit that has stolen the hearts of her parents. She was last seen escaping from a bath in a hooded towel and a diaper. Below are some security photos that were taken right before she escaped. She currently weighs 12 lbs. 5 ounces and is approx. 23 inches long. She is considered armed and dangerous and has been known to stop strangers dead in their tracks with her little half-smiles (see security photo #2). Authorities are offering a reward of 5 pairs of trumpette socks for the safe apprehension of the hooded bandit.

Halloween

Finley got dressed up in her little Halloween onesy and her new pumpkin hat and headed out to make an appearance at a friend's Halloween party. She also had a visit to the doctor yesterday and is weighing in at 11 lbs 12. ounces and is now 23 inches long. She's definitely growing like a weed! Here are some photos from Halloween and a couple others from the past week.
